Getting the garden ready for summer.
New mini greenhouse for the tomatoes and trough with fresh compost for the lettuce in the kitchen yard.
The Anenomes already spreading behind the shed. I can't bear to transplant them, hence the greenhouse is in the yard.
I thought the Poppy Anenomes were all white, but there are some really lovely blue-purple ones.
New finds today were the Muscari (grape hyacinth) that have popped up around the Rosemary
The Camelia has finally started to flower, having put out many buds through the winter and early spring.
The effort is going into cleaning, clearing, and replenishing compost, so that the fruit and veg get off to a good start once the seedlings are ready to put out.
